Comtest in association with Laboratories who are a part of the IECEE CB Scheme. Can offer certification / approvals to IEC standards.

Various National Certification Bodies (NCBs) participate in the CB Scheme to facilitate certification or approval according to IEC standards. Accepted NCBs are prepared to recognize CB Test Certificates as a basis for certification or approval at a national level for one or more categories of products.

NCBs then employ testing laboratories, known as CB Testing Laboratories (CBTLs). The CBTLs conduct testing and issue CB Test Reports in a number of product categories under the responsibility of their associated NCB. A list of NCBs is published in the CB Bulletin.
